Ingredients

  • 2 red Tropea onions

  • If desired, you can add a bit of balsamic vinegar towards the end of cooking to add a touch of acidity and depth of flavor. Mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

  • Taste the caramelized onions and add salt and pepper to taste. Mix well to distribute the flavor evenly.
