Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 2 3/4 tbsp orange juice
- 1 1/2 tbsp butter
Preparation
Pour the flour into the food processor, add a pinch of salt and the egg, mix well, you can also do it by hand.
Add the butter in pieces and the orange juice, then finish mixing.
Take the dough and roll it out on a floured surface and cut it into strips of about 3/8 inch.
Arrange the tagliatelle in groups of 4, heat the oil, I used a fryer, and cook the tagliatelle by submerging them in small groups.
Drain on absorbent paper then sprinkle with powdered sugar.
