Ingredients
- 1 cauliflower
- 3 eggs
- breadcrumbs
- grated parmesan (optional)
Steps
Cut the cauliflower into thick slices about 1-1.5 inches, if it starts to crumble, make the slices thicker.
Wash it well then beat the eggs in a dish, if you prefer add parmesan, pepper, and salt.
Pat the vegetable dry and pass it in the egg then in the breadcrumbs and again in the egg.
Place them in the air fryer basket, oil and cook at 375°F for about 15 minutes then flip them and cook for another 5 minutes.
You can bake them at 350°F for 20-25 minutes, depending on the thickness of the vegetables.
