Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon instant yeast for savory preparations

  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup ricotta
  • 1/3 oz speck
  • 1/4 cup cheese

Preparation

  • Pour the flour with the yeast into a mixer, add the oil, a pinch of salt, and the water, blend everything.

  • Pour the mixture onto the pastry board and work it a little with your hands then roll it out and divide it into 4 parts.

  • In a bowl, work the ricotta with the egg, add salt to taste, the cheese in pieces, and the speck.

  • Fold the rectangles in half and join the short sides to seal them then turn them over themselves to form boats.

  • Place the boats in a muffin tin or on a baking sheet and fill with the filling.

  • Bake in a preheated oven at 356°F (convection) and bake for about 15 minutes.
