Ingredients
- 5.3 oz chicken breast (whole piece)
- 5 red cherry tomatoes
- 5 yellow cherry tomatoes
- arugula
- pepper
- salt
- 0.7 oz parmesan
Steps
For this recipe, I used chicken steak, the breast sliced, opened, and flattened.
Slice the chicken into strips, wide strips.
Place it in a bowl and season with oil, salt, pepper, and lemon juice, then cook in a pan or air fryer at 356°F for about 10 minutes, turning the pieces.
Prepare a dressing with oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper, mix and set aside, chop the cherry tomatoes into pieces.
Arrange the arugula on a plate, add the slices, cherry tomatoes, and parmesan pieces or shavings as you prefer.
Dress everything with the dressing and add more pepper or salt if needed.
