Ingredients

  • 2 cups bell peppers
  • 7 oz chicken
  • 10.5 oz potatoes
  • 1 cup canned cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tsp white onion

Preparation

  • Peel the potatoes and cut them into chunks, place them in a pan, add oil and a bit of water, cover with a lid and start cooking.

  • Slice the peppers into strips and add them to the potatoes, add the cherry tomatoes and continue cooking for about 20 minutes, until the potatoes are softened.

  • After the time has passed, add the diced chicken and finish cooking, about 10 minutes.

  • During cooking, if needed, add water and salt to taste.
