Ingredients
- 7 oz chicken
- 0.7 oz black olives
- 3.5 oz cherry tomatoes
- 0.35 oz salted capers
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp dried oregano
Preparation
For the recipe, you can use fresh cherry tomatoes, but I prefer canned ones because they are juicier.
Brown the garlic in the pan, then remove it and add the cherry tomatoes.
Remove the pit from the olives and cut them into pieces, cut the chicken into strips and add them to the tomatoes.
Sprinkle with oregano and finish cooking the meat with a closed lid, about 5 minutes.
Bon appétit
