Ingredients
- 350 cocoa wafers
- 250 g mascarpone
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 tbsps coffee
- 1/3 cup sugar (optional)
Steps
Prepare the coffee and let it cool down.
Then work with electric mixers the cream with mascarpone, coffee, and sugar, which I didn’t add.
Line up some cookies on a plate or at the bottom of a baking dish, consider making 3 or 4 rows if you prefer a taller cake, and soak them with milk or coffee.
Make a layer of cream then cookies and alternate until you finish the ingredients.
Dust with cocoa and put in the fridge until serving or at least for half an hour.
