- 1 roll puff pastry
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 cups ml milk
- 1/4 cup g sugar
- 1/4 cup g all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup g 50% dark chocolate
- 2.8 oz g amaretti
Steps
Prepare the cream: beat the egg yolks with the sugar in a saucepan, add the flour and continue to mix with a hand whisk.
Add the milk a little at a time, continuing to whisk, then move to the heated stove and keep stirring, add the chocolate, and stir until thickened.
Unroll the pastry onto the oven tray, fill only half with the chocolate cream and whole amaretti, then crumble some over the filling.
Cover with more cream and close with the other pastry.
Seal the edges and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven, dust with powdered sugar and let cool before cutting.
