Ingredients
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 2 oz coffee
- 3.5 oz chocolate
- 2 oz milk
- to taste cocoa cookies
- 0.7 oz instant coffee
Steps
Melt the chocolate with milk in a bain-marie and let it cool.
Prepare the coffee and let it cool.
Whip the cream with instant coffee and moka coffee, then arrange the cookies in a mold of about 9 inches and fill with the coffee cream.
Put in the freezer for about a couple of hours.
Remove the dessert from the freezer and then cover with chocolate, put back in the freezer until you need to serve it or in the fridge if it is to be served almost immediately.

The dessert is perfect with cream but if you wish you can use mascarpone or cream and mascarpone or ricotta, or with yogurt and cream.
