Ingredients
- 3.5 oz hazelnuts
- 2 cups fresh liquid cream
- 3.5 oz chocolate
- 2 tbsps unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1.5 oz milk
Steps
Chop the hazelnuts and place them in a small pot, cook with the milk for 5-6 minutes, then turn off and let cool.
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler with 1.5 oz of cream taken from the total and let it cool.
Whip the cream and divide it into two parts, to one add the chocolate with the cocoa and mix, to the other add the hazelnuts and a bit of cocoa, mix well.
Prepare the cups by alternating the two creams.

A simple dessert to serve in cups, I used cream but you can also use mascarpone or ricotta or combine cream and ricotta or cream and mascarpone.
In case of allergies, obviously eliminate the hazelnuts and replace them with cocoa or instant coffee or cold moka coffee.
