Ingredients

  • 1 2/3 cups flour (the one you usually use)
  • 4 eggs
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 packet baking powder for desserts
  • 3/4 cup potato starch
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 1/3 tbsp milk
  • 3/8 cup Nutella®
  • chocolate

Steps

  • Beat the eggs with the sugar using electric mixers until they double in volume, add the oil, the milk and mix.

  • Gradually add the flour with the baking powder.

  • Pour the batter into a buttered and floured 9-inch pan, add the Nutella with a teaspoon in several points and some chocolate squares.

  • Bake at 356°F (static oven) for about 35 minutes, remove from the oven, let cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
