Ingredients
- 7 oz cookies
- 3.5 oz dark chocolate
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup vegetable whipping cream
Steps
Melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave.
Whip the very cold cream, add 2-3 tablespoons of powdered sugar if desired.
Add the cocoa and whip again, then mix in the melted chocolate and blend everything.
Place a layer of cookies at the bottom of a mold lined with parchment paper or plastic wrap, spread a layer of cream and repeat with the cookies.
Alternate cookies and cream until the ingredients are used up. Finish the last layer with cream and a sprinkle of cocoa.
I did not soak the cookies in milk, but you can if you prefer.
