Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 6 tbsps butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 3 tbsps unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 egg
  • 5.3 oz ricotta
  • 1.4 tbsps sugar
  • 1.8 oz chocolate
  • 1.7 tbsps milk

Steps

  • melt the chocolate with milk in a double boiler.

  • Pour the flour, sugar, and cocoa into a bowl, add the butter in pieces and the egg, work with your fingers.

  • Add a few tablespoons of melted chocolate and continue working with your fingers.

  • Pour half into a baking dish, press down well.

  • Mix the ricotta with the sugar and chocolate and pour it over the base then add the rest of the crumbles.

  • Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.

  • Take it out of the oven and let it cool before cutting into pieces.
