Ingredients
- 1.75 oz 60% dark chocolate
- 1 cup mascarpone
- 2 tbsp instant coffee (or from the moka pot)
- as needed milk (if needed)
- sugar (optional)
Steps
I did not use sugar, obviously it’s up to you, anyway with mascarpone, chocolate, and coffee from the moka, you can prepare a really great dessert with just 3 ingredients.
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
Mix the mascarpone with the instant coffee or from the moka pot, if using instant coffee you will need a few tablespoons of milk to soften it, if using moka coffee you won’t, add sugar to taste and mix well.
Coat the paper coffee cups with the chocolate, try to make a layer not too thin or it will break.
Put in the freezer for 3-5 minutes at most.
Remove from the freezer and remove the paper, pour the cream into a piping bag with a 0.75-inch star tip and fill the cups.
Serve immediately or put in the freezer until ready to serve, they are very tempting.
