Ingredients
- 1 cup flour (the one you usually use)
- 1 egg
- 3.5 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 pinch salt
- 1.75 oz chocolate
Steps
Pour the flour into a bowl, add the sugar, salt and mix, then add the oil, milk and egg, mix well.
Knead and if needed add a bit of flour or oil your hands.
Divide the dough into pieces, flatten on the palm of your hand, stuff with a piece of chocolate, flatten on the palm of your hand and place them on the baking sheet.
Bake at 356°F for 10-12 minutes.
