Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp heavy cream
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 5.3 oz condensed milk
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1.76 oz powdered sugar
  • 1.41 oz sugar
  • 2.12 oz chocolate chips

Steps

  • Melt the chocolate with the cream using a double boiler and set aside.

  • Beat the eggs with the sugar until they double in volume, add the flour with the cocoa a little at a time and a couple of tablespoons of melted chocolate.

  • Pour the mixture into a 10 x 14-inch pan lined with paper, bake in a hot oven at 392°F for 7 minutes.

  • Prepare another identical mixture and make another pan, always bake at 356°F for 7 minutes.

  • Remove from the oven, detach from the paper, and cut out 3 discs or 4 rectangles, if you prefer.

  • Whip the cream with the condensed milk, whip the egg whites with a pinch of salt, then add the granulated sugar and powdered sugar a little at a time, continuing to whip.

  • Combine the cream with the egg whites and chocolate chips, gently fold.

  • Layer a base with the cream layer, add a layer of chocolate, then a cake disk, and repeat.

  • Refrigerate for an hour.
