Ingredients
- 4 1/4 oz dry cookies
- 2 2/3 oz almonds
- 5 1/3 oz chocolate
Steps
Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie.
Coarsely chop the almonds with a mixer or cut them with a knife into not too large but not too small pieces.
Place the almonds in a bowl, also cut the cookies into small pieces, crumble them and add to the almonds.
Add the chocolate and, if needed, a little milk, mix well with a spoon.
Dust a sheet of parchment paper with powdered sugar and place the cookies.
Form a log, roll it in paper, and put it in the freezer for 30 minutes or in the fridge until ready to serve.
