CHOCOLATE SHORTCRUST PASTRY CAKE with NUTELLA

Ingredients

  • 1.75 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsps sugar
  • 5.5 tbsps butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup bitter cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp chocolate chips
  • Nutella®

Steps

  • Pour the flour with cocoa, sugar, and a pinch of salt into a bowl, add the egg and the butter in pieces.

  • Work the ingredients, add the chocolate, and knead well.

  • Divide the dough into two parts and roll them out; place one part in a springform pan lined with parchment paper, fill with Nutella, and close with the other half.

  • Prick with a fork, bake at 350°F for about 20 minutes.

  • Remove from the oven and dust with powdered sugar.
