POTATO STARS CHRISTMAS APPETIZER

Ingredients

  • 9 oz potatoes
  • 1 egg
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 0.7 oz diced speck
  • 0.7 oz salami
  • 0.7 oz prosciutto
  • 0.9 oz provolone cheese
  • 0.9 oz spicy provolone cheese

Steps

  • Boil the potatoes and mash them in a bowl, add the salt and egg and mix.

  • Add diced cold cuts and cheeses, mix again.

  • Form a kind of patty, flatten it and place them on a sheet of parchment paper then cut out with a star-shaped cutter.

  • Place them in the air fryer basket or in the oven, oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.

  • Cook at 356°F for about 15 minutes.
