The recipe for Christmas tree sandwiches is prepared with soft bread, cold cuts, and mayonnaise, they are very good, soft, and you can eat one after another with a nice sparkling wine.

Cut a slice of sandwich bread with a 2.5-inch tree-shaped cutter and make 6 canapés.Spread the canapés with a thin layer of mayonnaise, cut the salmon, speck, and cooked ham with the cutter to fill the bread well.
Pair the bread, salmon canapés can be enriched with lettuce.
Prepare a mince of rosemary, sage, and thyme and put them in a bowl, add a few drops of lemon juice, oil, and salt, you can brush the canapés with this dressing and decorate with pink pepper.
For the other canapés, you can decorate with rosemary, pink pepper, and mayonnaise, for decoration I cut the corner of a mayonnaise sachet and used it as a piping bag nozzle.
