- orange zest
- lemon zest
- lime zest
- orange juice
- lemon juice
- lime juice
- black pepper
- green peppercorns

Steps
Finely grate the zest of orange, lemon (and lime if you use it), being careful not to take the white part.
Place everything in a bowl and squeeze half an orange, half a lemon, and the lime, add oil and pepper, and mix well.
