COCONUT and CHOCOLATE SPREAD

COCONUT and CHOCOLATE SPREAD, very easy and quick, ready in minutes, definitely keto spoon dessert, perfect for enriching tarts and cookies.

I got the idea because I wanted something delicious but suitable for the ketogenic diet, without sugars, without flours, and with very few ingredients. I opened the pantry, saw coconut and dark chocolate, and here it is: a creamy, intense, and super satisfying keto spread.

This sugar-free coconut and chocolate spread is perfect if you follow a low carb, ketogenic, gluten-free, and lactose-free diet (using vegetable cream or coconut milk). Zero hassle, amazing result.

It’s great to eat with a spoon but also as a homemade keto Nutella to fill ketogenic pancakes, low carb tarts, sugar-free cookies, or simply for a delicious but clean breakfast.

You decide the consistency: thicker to spread on keto bread, softer as a spoon dessert. And it’s one of those smart recipes that you prepare once and it saves your week.

Useful tips

If you want a sweeter cream without leaving the keto diet, use powdered erythritol or pure stevia.
For a more intense taste choose 90% dark chocolate.
It can be stored in the fridge for several days, just take it out 10 minutes before using.
You can blend it longer for a smooth and glossy spread Nutella style.
