COCONUT and LIME CREAM in 5 minutes, an easy and quick spoon dessert, ready in a few minutes, a perfect idea to serve after lunch or dinner, fragrant, exotic.
I love coconut and lime. That exotic, fresh, fragrant combination that makes you feel immediately on vacation even if you’re in the kitchen with your hair tied up and the fan on. I had a lime to use up, a small jar of coconut yogurt in the fridge, shredded coconut, and cream and from there it was born: coconut and lime mousse, an easy spoon dessert, fresh and quick, perfect for the summer!
It is prepared in 5 minutes, without cooking and with very few ingredients: whipping cream, coconut yogurt, lime juice and zest, a bit of powdered sugar… and you’re done! The result? A light, fluffy mousse with a citrusy and tropical flavor that will win you over at the first spoonful.
This no-bake coconut and lime mousse is ideal to serve after lunch or dinner, as a fresh dessert even for unexpected guests. You can pour it into small glasses, decorate it with grated coconut, lime zest, or some crumbled cookies… and it’s immediately summer on the table!
