Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg
  • 2 oz butter
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 tbsps sugar
  • 3 1/2 oz mascarpone
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup grated coconut (rapè)
  • 2 tbsps sugar
  • 6 figs
  • 1 tbsp clarified butter
  • 2 tsps sugar

Steps

  • Prepare the pastry dough, pour the flour into a bowl, add the sugar, butter, egg, and a pinch of salt, and knead well.

  • Roll out the dough in a 8-9 inch pan and poke it with a fork, bake in the air fryer at 340°F for 15 minutes, or oven at 355°F

  • Whip the cream with mascarpone, sugar, and coconut.

  • Remove the skin from the figs and cut them into wedges, place them in a pan with sugar and butter, let it melt and set aside.

  • Remove the base from the oven and let it cool, then fill with the cream and finally with the figs, a sprinkle of grated coconut, and crumbled amaretti.
