Ingredients for the coffee semifreddo

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup mascarpone
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp coffee (or 3 tablespoons instant)
  • 1.4 oz white chocolate

Steps

  • Prepare the coffee and let it cool, melt the white chocolate using a double boiler.

  • Whip the cream with mascarpone and sugar then divide it into two parts, in one add the chocolate and in the other the coffee.

  • Place the cream in a 20 cm (8-inch) mold and cover with the other cream, dust with cocoa or instant coffee, and place in the freezer for a couple of hours.
