I had some cold coffee in the fridge, left over from yesterday morning, so I decided to prepare a coffee cremino, a cold dessert that is made in a few minutes. Whip cold cream, add a couple of tablespoons of Nutella to give that delicious touch, and slowly pour the cold coffee while still whipping. No cooking, zero stress, just a soft and fragrant cream.
The coffee cremino is perfect when guests arrive at the last minute, but you want to impress. Try it in cups, garnished with chopped hazelnuts or bitter cocoa: it is a fresh and super-fast dessert, ideal for summer, as a dessert after dinner or a snack to enjoy with coffee.

Ingredients
- 1 cup whipping vegetable cream
- 1/3 cup coffee (cold)
- 1 tablespoon Nutella®
Steps
Prepare the espresso coffee and let it cool completely.
In a bowl, whip the well-chilled cream until soft but not too stiff, also add the Nutella and keep working.
In another bowl, mix the coffee with condensed milk and (if using) instant coffee.
Add this mix to the whipped cream gently mixing from bottom to top to avoid deflating the mixture.
Pour the cremino into cups or small glasses and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Pour the mixture into the cups, decorate with cocoa, and serve.

Extra tips
Well-chilled cream makes all the difference: keep bowl and beaters in the freezer for 10 min.
