Ingredients

  • 18 oz mascarpone
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsps instant coffee
  • 1/4 cup coffee

Steps

  • Prepare the coffee and let it cool.

  • Mix the mascarpone with the sugar, add the cold coffee and also the instant one, and whip everything with an electric whisk or quickly with a spoon.

  • Place some cookies at the base of the bowls if you like, I used pan di stelle then add the cream and refrigerate until serving time.
