Ingredients
- 6 cookies (Baiocchi)
- 4.4 oz mascarpone
- 0.5 cup fresh liquid cream
- 2.1 oz Nutella®
- 0.7 oz hazelnut crumbs
Preparation
Pour the mascarpone and cream into a tall jug and blend with a hand blender for 3 minutes.
Add the Nutella and hazelnut crumbs, mix.
Cut 5 cookies into pieces with a knife, add them to the cream, and mix well.
Place the cream in one or two cups, decorate with a cookie, and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
