Ingredients
- 2 cups rice (mixed rice and grains)
- 3 eggs
- 11 oz tuna (in water or oil)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1.5 cups arugula
- 5 tablespoons black olives
Steps
For the recipe, I used a mix of rice and grains; boil it then place it in a well-drained bowl.
Boil the eggs for about 7 minutes, then cool them in a bowl with cold water, peel them, cut them into pieces, and place them in the rice.
Add the tuna, olives, and arugula, mix well.
Cut the cherry tomatoes into wedges, excellent both red and yellow, season as you like, with oil or mayonnaise if you prefer, and mix again, keep it in the fridge or at room temperature.
