- 2 tbsps milk
- 2/3 cup whipping cream
- lemon zest
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Steps
Crush the cookies with a mixer, add the butter, milk, and half of the lemon zest, blend again, place the mixture on a plastic wrap, and shape into a rectangle.
Whip the cream, add the lemon juice and grated lemon zest, mix well, and pour the mixture onto the cookie base.
Roll up with the help of the plastic wrap and place in the freezer for at least an hour.
Then cut into swirls and serve.
