Preparation
Pour the cream into a tall container, add Nutella and a little sugar if you use fresh cream.
Work with an immersion blender for 2-3 minutes and put in the freezer.
Cut the Pandoro into slices not too thin, about 0.4 inches, and with the help of a 2-inch star-shaped mold, cut it out.
You should get 3 stars for each slice.
Press them a bit if they are too high, or to level them, fill and pair the stars two by two.
Decorate the stars all around with crumbs, then cover half of the upper part with Nutella and add the crumbs.
On the other half, dust with powdered sugar then place in the fridge or freezer.
