Ingredients
- 1 puff pastry
- 250 ml whipping cream
- 1 tbsp pistachio paste
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Steps
Cut the puff pastry with a cutter, mine is 2.75 inches, arrange the squares in the fryer basket, pierce with a fork, and sprinkle with sugar.
To prevent the parchment paper from rising, secure it with balls of puff pastry, press it onto the basket, or put a weight on it.
Bake at 338°F for 8-10 minutes, check after 8 minutes, they should be golden, and there’s no need to flip them.
Whip the cream with a bit of lemon juice and pistachio paste, the juice will help it thicken faster and add aroma.
When the pastries are cold, fill with cream, stack, decorate with crumbs, and place in the freezer for an hour.
