COLD RICOTTA AND NUTELLA CAKES, easy and quick single-serving treats ready in 5 minutes, perfect to enjoy after lunch or dinner, suitable for all occasions and no baking required.
If there’s one thing I love in summer, it’s bringing a fresh dessert to the table, without the oven and ready in a few minutes. And so the cold ricotta and Nutella cakes were born: creamy, delicious, and so easy to make they seem like magic.
I had last-minute guests and didn’t want to offer the usual store-bought ice cream. I opened the fridge, found some ricotta, a jar of Nutella and in less than half an hour, ready were some no-bake mini cakes that made both adults and children happy.
The cold ricotta and Nutella cakes are a clever recipe, perfect for those looking for a quick no-bake dessert, ideal to prepare in advance and pull out at the right moment. They’re creamy, lighter compared to many more elaborate desserts and most importantly, super versatile: you can serve them at the end of a meal, as an afternoon treat, or as mini buffet cheesecakes.
What I like most is their simplicity: few ingredients, few steps, and the result is scenic and irresistible. In short, one of those lifesaver dessert recipes that quickly become a favorite.
