Cold Bread Rolls with Zucchini and Speck

Ingredients

  • 3 slices sandwich bread
  • 6 slices speck
  • 1.06 oz provolone
  • 1.76 oz zucchini

Steps

  • Flatten the slices of sandwich bread with a rolling pin.

  • Slice the zucchini with a peeler, using a small zucchini, and arrange the slices on the bread.

  • Add the speck and a slice of provolone then roll up and cut in half.

  • Put in the fridge until ready to serve, if you like you can enrich with some mayonnaise.

For this recipe, I used whole wheat sandwich bread but white bread is perfect, and of course, the bread can be spread with mayonnaise if you prefer something richer and tastier.
