Ingredients

  • 2 slices sandwich bread
  • 1 oz arugula
  • 5 oz speck
  • 2.8 oz ricotta

Preparation

  • Roll out the bread with a rolling pin, without pressing it too much then overlap the slices.

  • Fill with slices of speck, spread with ricotta and the arugula.

  • Roll up the bread and wrap it in plastic wrap then place in the fridge for about twenty minutes.
