Ingredients

  • 1 piadina
  • 2.8 oz Philadelphia
  • 1 cup mixed salad
  • 2.8 oz tuna
  • 2.1 oz fiordilatte

Preparation

  • Work the Philadelphia with a fork then spread it on the piadina.

  • Drain the tuna well, crumble it and fill the piadina. Wash the salad and add it to the rest of the ingredients, add the fiordilatte cut into slices.

  • Roll it up well and wrap it with plastic wrap, then place it in the fridge for 30 minutes.

  • After the time has passed, cut the piadina into rolls and serve as an appetizer.
