Ingredients
- 7 oz cookies (oro saiwa)
- 5 oz mascarpone
- 0.25 cup sugar
- 7 oz whipping cream
- 7 oz Nutella®
Steps
Whip the cream with the mascarpone and sugar using an electric mixer and set aside.
Dip the cookies in milk or coffee and make a first layer in a baking dish, fill with the cream, add the Nutella and cover with a layer of cookies.
Repeat until all ingredients are used.
Make the last layer and dust with cocoa, place in the fridge to rest for at least an hour before serving.
