The quick Christmas dessert everyone looks for as the holidays approach, a simple, no-bake, super delicious Christmas recipe. I made it in 5 minutes because I wanted a dessert with cookies and Nutella that was also showy, and this roll quickly became my new obsession: creamy, soft, quick, and with very few ingredients.
The wonderful thing about this cookie roll with cream and Nutella is that you don’t have to knead, bake, or weigh anything: all you need are dry cookies, whipped cream, lots of Nutella, and voila, in no time you have a simple Christmas dessert that looks like you spent two hours on it (of course, I will pretend that’s the case, and I encourage you to do the same).
Perfect as a holiday dessert, as a last-minute Christmas treat, or as a smart recipe when guests arrive and you just want to impress without stressing. The great thing is you can decorate it however you like: sprinkles, melted chocolate, crumbles… it’s the classic dessert that everyone loves, adults and kids alike, and it disappears in a nanosecond.

Ingredients
- 5.3 oz cookies (gran turchese)
- 100 Nutella®
- 2/3 cup whipping cream
- 3.5 oz chocolate
- 1/4 cup milk
Steps
Melt the chocolate with the milk in a bain-marie and set aside.
Whip the cream, fill a cookie with Nutella then with cream and pair it with another cookie, add Nutella, cream, and continue with other cookies except for 4 which you will arrange on the side.
Cover with chocolate and a sprinkle of grated coconut, decorate with red currants and some rosemary sprigs.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
