Ingredients
- 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 3.5 oz butter
- 1 tbsp instant coffee
- 5.5 oz mascarpone
- 0.7 oz sugar (for the cream)
- 0.4 oz instant coffee
- 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 0.7 oz chocolate chips
- 2.1 oz sugar (for the shortcrust)
Steps
Prepare the shortcrust, pour the flour into a bowl, add the sugar, the tablespoon of instant coffee, a pinch of salt, the butter in pieces, the chocolate chips, and the egg.
Knead quickly, make a ball and let it rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Mix the mascarpone with the sugar and coffee, also add the cocoa, blend well and place in the fridge.
After the time, take the dough from the fridge and divide it into 6-8 pieces, make balls and arrange them on the baking sheet lined with paper.
Make a dimple in the center with your finger, bake and cook at 350°F for 10-15 minutes, remove from the oven and let cool.
