Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups flour (the one you usually use)
  • 2 eggs
  • 6 1/3 oz honey
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 oz chocolate
  • 1 oz walnuts
  • 1 oz almonds
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/3 cup butter

Steps

  • Chop the dried fruits and chocolate.

  • Mix the flour with the baking powder in a bowl, add the eggs and honey, mix well then add the butter, dried fruits, and chocolate.

  • Work the ingredients, form two loaves and place them on the baking sheet, make cuts about 3/4 inch apart and bake at 356°F for 10 minutes.

  • Remove from oven, separate the pieces and put back in the oven for another 5 minutes or so.
