Ingredients
- 0.07 oz gelatin sheets
- 3.5 oz chocolate
- 1.14 cup whipping cream
- 0.7 oz unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 egg whites
Steps
You can easily omit the gelatin.
Soak 1/2 gelatin sheet in some water.
Melt 3.5 oz of chocolate with 0.07 cups of cream and let it cool.
In another saucepan, put the squeezed gelatin with a tablespoon of water and let it dissolve.
Whip 1 cup of cream with 0.7 oz of unsweetened cocoa, the cooled chocolate, and the gelatin, then set aside.
In a saucepan, pour 1 tablespoon of sugar with 2 tablespoons of water, and let it cook until it starts to form a syrup.
Meanwhile, whip 2 egg whites; as soon as the syrup is ready, pour it slowly over the egg whites while the mixer is running.
Combine the cream with the egg whites and gently whip.
Pour the mixture into a muffin mold and freeze for about an hour.
Decorate with dark chocolate before serving.
