This crispy pumpkin flatbread is amazing, it can be prepared in 5 minutes with just 2 ingredients, pumpkin and flour, a pinch of salt, knead everything and spread it out on parchment paper.
Great when baked but you can also choose to cook it in a pan, for a much tastier recipe.

Ingredients
- 7 oz pumpkin
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
Steps
Cut the pumpkin into not too large pieces and place them in the processor.
Add 60 ml of water and blend well then pour the mixture into a bowl.
Add the flour and mix, the rosemary, the rest of the water and the salt, mix well, you will get a creamy mixture.
Place a sheet of parchment paper on a baking tray, oil and pour the mixture, level it well and spread it thinly, the thinner it is the crispier it will be.
Oil the surface, bake in the preheated oven at 392°F and cook for about 15-20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and cut into pieces.
