Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • tomato sauce
  • dried oregano

Steps

  • Pour the flour into a bowl, add water, oil, and a pinch of salt, mix well, shape into a ball and let it rest for 15 minutes.

  • Roll out the dough on a floured surface as thin as possible, for convenience you can divide it into two parts.

  • Make a rectangle about 8 inches wide or as preferred, the length of the sheet will be approximately 24 inches, if you divide it you can manage it better.

  • Place a sheet of parchment paper on the tray, oil it and place the sheet creating waves as you go.

  • Brush with tomato sauce, oil, and oregano.

  • Bake and cook at 392°F in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes.

  • Remove from the oven and cut into slices, if you prefer add a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese.
