Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsps sugar
- 1 tsp fresh yeast
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 packet vanillin
- 2 tbsps chocolate chips
- 6 oz Nutella®
- 2 tbsps butter
Steps
Dissolve the yeast in the milk and place them in a bowl, add some flour, sugar, vanillin and mix.
Add the egg, soft butter in pieces, salt, chocolate chips and the rest of the flour then continue kneading, work well, make a ball and let rest in a bowl until doubled.
After the time has passed, take the dough and roll it out on a floured surface forming a sort of pizza, then cut it crosswise and also trace the diagonals to form 8 triangles.
Fill with Nutella then roll starting from the base and curve the corners towards the inside, place them on the baking tray lined with paper.
Let rest for 20 minutes, preheat the oven to 350°F then bake and cook for about 10-15 minutes.
