QUICK CRUMBLE PAN DI STELLE WITH TIRAMISU is an easy and delicious semifreddo with cookies to be made quickly with cream and mascarpone with coffee.
A creamy and delicious dessert, the Pan di Stelle Tiramisu crumble is really good especially for coffee dessert lovers like me, it crumbles and melts in your mouth, a true delight.
This creamy semifreddo is perfect as a dessert to serve after lunch or dinner which usually pleases everyone, the Pan di Stelle Tiramisu crumble is also great after dinner.
Of course, you can use any type of cookies, cocoa or not, as you prefer, coffee is the essential ingredient for a tiramisu, but if you don’t like it, just leave it out.
I prepared this cold cake to celebrate our 26th wedding anniversary or as a dessert served after dinner and this year because of Covid, we stayed home, so it was a take-out dinner for a change.

Ingredients
- 7 oz cookies
- 3.5 oz butter
- 7 oz mascarpone
- 2/3 cup whipping cream
- 1/4 cup coffee
- 3 tablespoons sugar
Preparation
Prepare the coffee and let it cool.
Chop the cookies with butter in a mixer, then place a portion at the bottom of a 7-inch mold lined with plastic wrap.
Arrange the crumbs around and set aside those for the topping, then put the mold in the freezer.
Pour the cream with sugar and coffee into a tall container and mix with a mixer for 3 minutes.
Spread on the cookie base and cover with the crumbs you set aside, then put it back in the freezer for a couple of hours.
