Steps
Pour the flour into a bowl, add the sugar, egg, butter, and salt, and mix with your fingers to get a crumbly mixture.
Pour half of the mixture into a 8-inch pie pan, pressing it well.
Mix the ricotta with the sugar and egg and pour it into the mold, add spoonfuls of Nutella, then cover with the remaining crumbs.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 25 minutes or in the air fryer at 340°F for 15 minutes, then remove from the mold if you can and bake for another 5 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool before slicing.
