CRUMBLED TIRAMISU with Nutella no-bake, quick, no oven, coffee-scented, dessert with mascarpone and ricotta without eggs.
The crumbled tiramisu and Nutella cake is the ideal dessert when you don’t feel like turning on the oven. It’s not a cheesecake because the base is made of whole cookies, not crumbled.
I wanted to make a tiramisu that was different but still similar to a classic tiramisu, meaning a dessert with cookies, mascarpone, and coffee, with eggs, but I didn’t feel like using eggs for the cream, so I opted for a crumbled tiramisu with Nutella.
A simple and delicious coffee dessert made with 3 packs of cookies for a cake about 8 inches in diameter, so if you have a few cookies left, go ahead, it’s delicious.
Join me in the kitchen today, there’s crumbled tiramisu with Nutella!

Ingredients
- 10.5 oz ladyfingers
- 10.5 oz mascarpone
- 7 oz ricotta
- 1 egg yolk (optional)
- 2 oz sugar
- 2 coffee cups coffee
- unsweetened cocoa powder
- 4 tablespoons Nutella®
Steps
Prepare the coffee that will be used for both the cream and to soak the cookies, and let it cool.
Mix the mascarpone with the ricotta, Nutella, and sugar, and add the coffee, you’ll get a thick cream. If you prefer, add an egg yolk.
If the cream seems too liquid, add more ricotta or mascarpone.
Soak the cookies for the base, make a first layer with the cream, some drizzles of Nutella, then make a layer of crumbled cookies, more cream to finish the ingredients.
For the last layer, quickly soak the cookies in the coffee and crumble them over the cake, dust with cocoa.
Cover the dessert and place it in the freezer for 30-40 minutes.
If you want to store it in the fridge, leave it for at least 2 hours.
Bon appétit
