  • 1 pinch salt

Steps

  • Pour the flour into a bowl, add the salt, oil, seeds, and water.

  • Knead well and if necessary add more water.

  • Of course, you can use a food processor, then divide the dough into smaller pieces and roll them out on the work surface.

  • Roll out as thin as possible, then oil a non-stick pan and cook the crackers for a few minutes, flipping them.
