Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon instant yeast for savory preparations
- 1/2 cup water
- 5 oz mortadella with pistachios
- 3 oz stracchino cheese
Steps
Pour the flour with the yeast, oil, and a little water into a bowl, add salt and mix with a fork.
Gradually add the rest of the water, then move to the work surface, knead well on the floured surface and divide the dough into two parts.
Roll out one part thinly, add the stracchino and slices of mortadella, close with the other dough, seal the edges with the fork, and score a lattice with the knife but do not separate the pieces.
Brush with oil, bake at 392°F for about 20 minutes, then remove and cut following the previously marked lines.
